FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The hat that didn't want to get done :)
Started this hat from the top down...when I finished the first one it was way too big....so......I started it again from the bottom to top

This time I didn't like the way that the holes turned out on the hat done from the bottom up so....I started again from the top down

Finally the hat is done!!! And I like the way it finished...these photos show almost different color of the yarn but it is actually the same yarn done over and over and over again :)

So hat number 2 is finally done.....hat three is actually done in a previous post

3rd time's the charm??

Trying to make this hat that is a really cool pattern. Tomorrow will be the final product...I refuse to make it again :)

Hat #3 and Aaron

This is hat number 3. Hat number 2 is too big in my opinion and needs to be redone...so maybe once I redo it I will take a picture of the day of it...cuz I really like it :)

Aaron and the Potter

Today we went to Haggen after Cameron's LaCrosse game and there was a Potter there and he was teaching kids how to make something on the wheel. Altho Aaron was the last of the grandkids to play on the wheel I chose this as my pic of the day because of the smiles on the faces of the adults watching.

Ok..had to get a picture of Cameron while he was here too...I get those Ripley books and Weird Washington books so that when the kids come over there is some interesting reading material here.

Madison and Cameron came over today while their mom had to work...they are home-schooled so they had some work to do before they could play...well Cameron got his done right away and Madison had to play with the puppies first :) And then she got her's done....

Mole holes???

Very large mole holes???? Or humans digging to find hidden water lines?

Water lines it is :) We are adding a bathroom to the shop and they need to find the water lines so that they can put the line to the shop :) and we need to find the lines to put up a fence....poor doggies love to see the neighbor's dog and bark their greeting...

I got this box yesterday of yarn from Knit Picks....amazing colors....now to get busy and make some hats.

Today we got some stone to make a walkway thru some of the lower spots in the lawn that collect water...

Dave went to work digging up some of the dirt and grass

Of course he had to have help...or at least watchers that would later know where to dig

My dogs love these big bones and the local store has them on sale...buy one get one...so I got a bunch of them for my "babies"
