New One :)

Did this layout as a challenge to do a blended photo in the background. I chose to use Lexie's litter as my subjects :) The photo in the background is the litter at 1 day old...the individual photos are the pups at 6 weeks....from top to bottom in the big picture they are from left to right grown up

SNOW in Spring????

It is snowing here....this is almost April and we are getting snow...we hardly ever get snow much the less this late in the year...spring sprung back to winter.....Had a challenge from Jessica Spragues MB to get some natural photos with no flash........so these were perfect to get outside and snap while the snow fell........

After Playtime

Here is a picture of half the gang after playing outside for over a half an hour...they came in and crashed for a bit

Ok...here it is for some that have been asking for more pictures....this is before I combined the litters together :) Now I have two cages with 8 in each instead of three cages with the litters separated...

Cameron turns 10

DOUBLE DIGITS...I can't believe my oldest grandson has stepped into the world of double digits....where was that cute little baby that I held and rocked? Where has the time gone? Surely it was only yesterday. Cameron is such a good sport. He was kissing the cake because it said "I Love Grum" on it instead of "Happy Birthday Cameron". I told him to kiss it for me but his mother was lurking in the background and pushed his face into the cake.....Ah the amazing things you do for love....

Feeding Frenzy

Fed everyone today together...was quite a frenzy of food fodder for the little ones :)

Remodel

This has been a eventful year so far....we knocked out a fireplace and put in a propane stove, added a window to bring in light into an otherwise dark room, repainted the entire living room-dining room-hallway...and then replaced all the flooring with laminate or new carpet. To put the flooring in we had to move ALL of the furniture out of the room and then put them back in...what a mess........but it is all done now (well almost) and we are back to a somewhat organized household. Now to do the outside............ :) But that only means mud not disorganization...........

Cameron and Lacrosse

my daughter, Danica, got this action picture of Cameron at his Lacrosse game. Great Action shot. I took the others when he came home for his "surprise" birthday party. He was so excited because they won the game..and of course because it was his birthday party ;) He is now double digits...where did the time go????

Head, shoulders, knees and toes

Aaron, my 7 year old grandson, is autistic...this is a video of him singing Head, shoulders, knees and toes...quite an accomplishment for him. Aaron is non-verbal...he can repeat but he doesn't talk without prompting and parroting.
Danica is working on getting contributions for him to get a service dog....Aaron is a stealth runner...he can be in the room full of adults but still pick the right time to go out a door and find freedom in the great outdoors. You can read about him and his escapades HERE .

Puppies

Got all the puppies out today while some friends came over and helped me trim toenails....256 of them to be exact :) All the puppies went in a community pile and crashed. There are 16 puppies in the picture...can you find them all?

Photoshop Friday Challenge

This was a hard lo as I couldn't seem to get it right...had Noel help me figure it out. It finished so different from how it started. :) Used a ton of different people's things to make it....but think I got everyone credited for the fantastic creation that they made.

Fireman baby

Just did this lo today of my son and his fireman hat. Wanted to use all of these pictures but wasn't sure what to do with them until Liv came up with this fantastic kit....Don't know if you can see it real well but he is putting lipstick (kids lipstick) on in a bunch of the pictures.......
